Automotive Sales Associate
Experienced and Entry Level:
  • Previous experience in sales a plus, but will train
  • Accompany shoppers on vehicle test-drives - MUST have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with experience using CRMs is also a plus

Entry Level Service Technician Great Opportunity - will train!
The Entry Level Tech must be able to:  
  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Test-drive vehicles 
  • Own your own tools
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Entry-Level Position. No Certifications required. Will train!
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination - Will train!
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experienced Service Technician, Full-Line Automotive Environment
The Service Technician must be able to:
  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Qualifications & Experience:  
    • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
    • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
    • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
    • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
    • Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve
    • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • ASE Certification & VA State Inspector a plus!
